Julie Dobies, M.A. has a Bachelor's degree from University of Minnesota and Maryland Teaching Certification in Early Childhood and Elementary Education, and a Master's Degree in Teaching. She's worked in early childhood and elementary classrooms and been a child care director. Her combined career of selling and teaching led her to Kaplan Early Learning. She has worked there over five years handling MD, DE and DC.

Julie serves on three Boards and local and state committees, and is a member of NAEYC. She is an advocate for early childhood and enjoys working with child care providers.
