Our efforts center on the people experiencing racial and economic injustice every day. We shine a spotlight on the need for more public investments to support families with infants and toddlers. Together, we can set the city on a path to creating and sustaining a high quality, equitable early childhood system.

Support, develop, and strengthen the capacity of DC’s six leading early childhood advocacy organizations in the areas of public policy development, public policy advocacy, membership engagement and mobilization.

Seeks to recruit and develop the next cadre DC early childhood advocates and activist who will disrupt the status quo by developing the knowledge, skills and dispositions needed to promote policies and practices that ensure a system of high-quality, accessible and affordable early childhood programs and services.
